We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt. Items must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.

This fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. By placing an order with Great North RC, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed their order, accept responsibility for their purchasing decision, and agree to the 20% cancellation fee once the order has been processed.
