We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt. Items must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.

Refunds for order changes, including cancellations, will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Certain items, such as opened software, batteries, electronic devices, custom orders, and clearance items, are non-returnable unless they are defective.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
